The Public Information Officer (PIO) acts as the lead spokesperson and main media contact for the Bradenton Police Department. The PIO works under the command of the Chief of Police and Patrol/Patrol Support Captains to disseminate press releases and respond to media requests. The PIO also maintains and moderates the department’s social media feeds.
