Operation Streetbreaker

On Friday, December 10, 2021, the Gulf Coast HIDTA Task Force served search warrants on two separate residences in Bradenton. These warrants were conducted following a lengthy investigation titled “Operation Streetbreaker,” surrounding the sales of illegal narcotics and possesion of firearms. Detectives were able to obtain arrest warrants for twenty individuals, of which thirteen have been arrested.

Those arrested are:

  • -  Dentavias McDuffie, DOB 06/10/2003. Charged with trafficking in fentanyl, sale of marijuana, sale of fentanyl within 1000 feet of a school, possession of cocaine with intent to sell or deliver within 1000 feet of a school, and Use/Display of a Firearm during a felony.

  • -  Devonte Walker, DOB 6/18/2000. Charged with sale of cocaine within 1000 feet of a school, possession of marijuana.

  • -  Constance Peterson, DOB 04/04/2002. Charged with sale of cocaine within 1000 feet of a school (three counts), possession of marijuana (two counts), possession of drug paraphernalia.

  • -  Carl Hayes, DOB 06/09/1990. Charged with sale of cocaine within 1000 feet of a school.

  • -  Noel Wade, DOB 12/25/1979. Charged with sale of cocaine within 1000 feet of a school

    (three counts), and sale of fentanyl within 1000 feet of a school.

  • -  Jose Rodriguez-Espita, DOB 12/13/1990. Charged with sale of cocaine within 1000 feet

    of a school.

  • -  Trumal Dawson, DOB 09/22/2004. Charged with sale of cocaine within 1000 feet of a

    school.

  • -  Desmond Harley, DOB 09/14/2002. Charged with sale of cocaine within 1000 feet of a

    school and obstruction.

  • -  Constance Duval, DOB 12/13/1970. Charged with child neglect, possession of Xanax,

    and possession of paraphernalia.

  • -  Nehemaih Robertson, DOB 06/02/2003. Arrested for possession of cocaine and

    obstruction.

  • -  Cortrell Clayton, DOB 10/29/1990. Arrested for possession of a firearm by convicted

    felon.

  • -  Antonio Martin, DOB 02/02/1971. Arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.

  • -  Jashon Spicer, DOB 09/13/01. Arrested for sale of marijuana within 1000 feet of a school.

More arrests and charges are pending.

Chief Melanie Bevan said, “This investigation and subsequent arrests, in partnership with Homeland Security Investigations, is a continued effort by the Bradenton Police Department to make all neighborhoods in the City safer. This neighborhood, specifically, has been plagued by gang and street violence, fueled by the sale and use of illegal narcotics, for far too long. These arrests are proof that this activity will no longer be tolerated.”
